Keats House

The Keats House Poetry Forum meets every few weeks to discuss the ongoing poetry projects and organises monthly performances at our poetry home; Keats House in Hampstead. Check our blog and facebook page for the latest performance details.

We have been helping make the house a place where poetry lives, is free, diverse and contemporary, whilst looking at both the heritage of the house we perform in and poetry itself. Forum members include founders Raymond Antrobus and Simon Mole, as well as core members Kaamil Ahmed,  Dean Atta, Anthony Hett, Deanna Rogers, Stephanie Turner and myself. Performances usually on Sundays, 2-4pm and feature headliners, forum members and an open-mic which is allways incredible!

As a chair of the Keats House Museum Group I have also been working with the group to put together free creative writing and arts workshops which explore the heritage themes in Keats House, contemporary issues and bring together the arts. Our workshops have featured in the annual Keats House Festival, and with a new team for 2012 the group has lots of exciting plans!
